Our approach

Mediation Services

 

We have worked with a diverse range of clients where:

  • employees have experienced interpersonal conflict with another colleague

  • we have been engaged as a recommendation following a formal complaint and/or investigation process.

 

Our qualified mediators adopt the LEARD Model when managing workplace mediations. Our services will involve three key phases:

Pre-Mediation Phase: Meeting with the respective parties individually to assess the issues adversely impacting them.

Mediation Phase: Using the LEADR model, we will conduct a formal mediation process and reach an agreement between the key parties.

Post Mediation Support:  A key difference of the Edge Mediation Services involves our 3 day, 3 week, 3 month post follow up services. Our mediators will continually check in with individuals and the organisation at specific times to continue to monitor the situation.
