Coaching & Workplace Support Services

 

We have worked with a diverse range of clients and our area of expertise is working with frontline and middle managers in the areas of conflict management, leadership and emotional intelligence.

 

Individuals often feel they have high levels of emotional intelligence however these skills are complex and require ongoing skill development. In order to develop these areas, it is our experience that individuals can benefit from both internal and external feedback through coaching and workplace support services.

Workplace Support Services allows us to work closely with leaders in organisations to define, plan and implement transformational change across the four areas of emotional intelligence. Our consultants work closely with the nominated individual and their respective line manager to fully understand the employees need and response to change, identify potential de-railers and create strategies to enhance their people skills, communication, stress tolerance and resilience.

A Coaching Plan is prepared to formalise the process, the implementation of an appropriate intervention strategy, progress towards stated outcomes, and review periods to assess the sustainability of these outcomes in the workplace.

These services deliver a clear and respectful structure that successfully supports an individual and provides quality return on investment to client organisations.
